Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final for all digital training products provided by Arrowfall in partnership with PECB. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, reimbursements, or cancellations for any digital course, training, exam voucher, certification package, or related service.

Because products are digital and delivered electronically, you will receive access to your training materials directly after your purchase. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions or require assistance.

Do not purchase any Classroom, Live Online, or Instructor‑Led training before contacting us directly in advance to schedule and confirm availability. These offerings require prior coordination and are not refundable under any circumstances.

Digital products accessed or delivered without first contacting us will still be considered final and cannot be reversed.

Damages and issues

If you experience issues accessing your digital training, receive incorrect access rights, or encounter a technical problem, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include coordinating with PECB if required.

Please report all issues promptly so we can assist you effectively.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All digital training products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

  • Digital training courses
  • Digital course materials
  • PECB exam vouchers or certification packages
  • Personalized or assigned digital access
  • Scheduled Classroom / Live Online / Instructor‑Led sessions
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Digital products cannot be exchanged.
Once access has been granted or a purchase has been completed, the product is considered delivered and final.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Because all products offered are digital services that are delivered immediately or involve reserved training capacity, the EU 14‑day cooling off period does not apply.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital access begins immediately and therefore waives the cooling‑off right.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for any digital training products, PECB‑related services, or scheduled training events.

If you believe there has been an error with your order or access, please contact us and we will review the situation; however, this does not guarantee any refund or reimbursement.
